System Overview
UK Food & Drink Manufacturers are required to work in accordance with a number of statutory bodies who determine the Codes of Practice relating to Compliance standards as set out in UK/BRC Legislation, Codex Alimentarius and various Food Retailers own Codes of Practice.
All of the requirements relating to a manufacturers Food Safety Quality Management System, including Documentation Control, Organisational Management and Procedural Pre-requisites, required within the various standards, can all be fulfilled via the five colour coded modules identified in the schematic below.
The i5 Codex software will operate on a standard PC and uses the industry standard SQL Database as the operational platform for the system.
